OUR STORY

Morgan House Tavern draws inspiration from the tradition of classic New England taverns—places where good food, cold drinks, and great conversation bring people together. Our goal is simple: to create a warm, welcoming place where friends, families, and neighbors can gather and feel at home.

Meet the Team

Jack Brown

Jack Brown is the Founder of Morgan House Tavern. A Babson College graduate with a background in finance and entrepreneurship, he has bought and sold multifamily real estate properties and launched a wealth management practice. Morgan House Tavern marks his newest venture, bringing a fresh vision for a classic neighborhood gathering place.

Jaime Sanborn

Jaime Sanborn is the Manager of Morgan House Tavern. He holds a hotel and restaurant management degree from Northern Arizona University, and brings ten years of experience managing restaurant establishments. Through a carefully crafted  experience he strives to enhance your restaurant experience.

Seymour Davis

Seymour Davis is the Head Chef of Morgan House Tavern. Originally from Jamaica, Seymour brings twenty four years of experience of culinary excellence. He most recently led a team at Popover Bistro in Simsbury.
